A great opportunity has arisen for a TIG welder to join a leading company who supply to various industries, including Aerospace, Manufacturing and Civil.
Job Description:
Perform TIG welding on various materials, primarily aluminium profiles, ensuring high-quality welds that meet industry standards.
Assemble components using hand tools and power tools, following technical drawings and specifications.
Fabricate parts as required.
Conduct inspections of welded joints to ensure structural integrity.
Maintain a clean and organised workspace, ensuring all equipment is properly stored and maintained.
Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve production processes.Beneficial Skills / Qualifications:
Proven experience in TIG welding.
Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
Basic maths skills for accurate measurements and calculations during fabrication processes.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating strong communication skills.
Attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work while adhering to safety standards.Additional Details:
Negotiable salary
Mon - Thurs - 7am - 5:30pm - 4 day week
Friday - overtime availability
Weld bonus structure - OTE - £45K - £50K
