About LED Exeter Airport Hospitality Services:
At Exeter Airport, our hospitality team operates Cove, Coastline Café, and Moorland Kitchen, offering outstanding service to
travellers. As a Customer Service Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring every guest enjoys a warm and
welcoming experience. Please note this role is for our early morning team shifts start from 3am you must have your own transport
in order to get to the airport as public transport does not start until later in the day.

* Teamwork & Initiative – You are proactive, adaptable, and ready to support colleagues while taking the lead when needed.
* Attention to Detail – You maintain high standards of cleanliness, accuracy, and presentation.
* Flexibility & Reliability – Able to work early shifts from 3 am, with a £2/hour uplift for shifts between 3 am and 6 am.
* Customer Empathy – You understand and anticipate customer needs, making every interaction memorable.
* Key Responsibilities:Engage with Customers – Create a friendly, welcoming atmosphere and assist with inquiries.
* Support Daily Operations – Assist with food service, cash handling, and maintaining a clean, organised space.
* Ensure Compliance – Adhere to Health, Safety, and Food Hygiene regulations, reporting any issues promptly.
* Work with Management – Support café operations and address customer feedback to enhance service.
