OVERVIEW
Total Perfectionist Required. Your exceptional attention to detail and passion for the luxury hotel industry will ensure that as a Housekeeping Associate at Cardiff’s newest and most prestigious hotel, you will set impeccable standards and maintain the highest levels of cleanliness and immaculate presentation in our guest bedrooms.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR …
This important role calls for an individual who is able to achieve consistent standards and outstanding productivity. You will take pride in ensuring that all bedrooms achieve the exacting five-star standards expected by our guests. As a Housekeeping Associate, you will have good levels of English, an eye for detail, and someone who takes pride in their work.
WHAT YOU’LL DO …
Cleans all assigned check-out and stay-over rooms according to The Parkgate Hotel standard.
Removes all room service trays and items left in rooms.
Reports all maintenance requests to Floor Housekeepers.
Ensures that all guest corridors, lift landing areas, and back-of-house areas are clean, well maintained, and kept properly at all times.
Performs related duties and special assignments as required.
