Procurement Coordinator Annual Salary: £35,000 - £42,000 DOE Location: Harrogate Job Type: Fixed-term Contract (12 months) Fully remote or hybrid remote working Reed are delighted to be working alongside an established organisation who are looking to recruit a Procurement Coordinator on a 12 month fixed term contract with the potential to go permanent. Day-to-day of the role: Coordinate and administer supplier and tender documentation, including evaluation spreadsheets. Maintain supplier performance reporting (SLAs and KPIs) and compile an Expression of Interest register. Handle supplier applications, maintain a tracker and risk register, and ensure all supplier information remains secure and confidential. Assist in accounts payable with any supplier discrepancy issues and maintain updated supplier pricing lists. Conduct annual audits of all supplier certification and statutory documentation, ensuring ongoing due diligence. Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience working in a purchasing/procurement function. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. Ability to manage multiple activities and work across multiple work streams. Known for building and sustaining high-quality relationships with suppliers, clients, and colleagues.
