Job Description
My client is a privately owned financial services firm with entities located across multiple jurisdictions looking to bring a senior governance professional to oversee their entire company secretarial department.
They are looking for a seasoned governance/company secretary who can provide support to the board, help shape the governance structure of the business as it continues to grow, provide management to established company secretaries for various entities, and provide insight into how the department should be run and structured.
They would ideally want someone from a similar regulated entity who is used to working across a number of jurisdictions and multiple entities. It would be their preference for someone to come from a private rather than listed background.
They offer fabulous flexibility and a great culture. The role is newly created and will offer someone the chance to shape the function.
