Project Manager We are currently working with a leading consultancy that is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to join their growing Infrastructure Performance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to play a key role in delivering high-impact advisory and consultancy projects for major infrastructure clients. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing projects that help improve capital programs, reduce costs, and enhance sustainability across the infrastructure sector. You will work closely with industry-leading subject matter experts and provide strategic advice to some of the biggest names in infrastructure. Your role will involve managing contracts, resources, risk, and financial reporting while ensuring seamless project execution. Key Responsibilities ·Collaborate with Project Directors and Commercial Managers to review and negotiate contract terms. ·Develop project delivery plans to meet client and internal objectives. ·Manage sub-consultants by drafting agreements and overseeing deliverables. ·Oversee project resources, ensuring alignment with forecasts and schedules. ·Handle contractual risks and manage change through Early Warning Notices (EWNs) and Compensation Events (CEs). ·Lead invoicing and financial reporting, including timesheet approvals and expense tracking. ·Prepare weekly/monthly reports, including project programs and risk registers. ·Support contract and document control to maintain high project management standards. ·Contribute to industry best practices and participate in initiatives driving innovation in infrastructure. What We're Looking For ·Strong experience with NEC3/4 PSC contracts. ·Background in managing forecasting, invoicing, and commercial risk within advisory/consultancy commissions. ·Exceptional communication and organizational skills. ·Experience using project management tools ·Solid understanding of contract law, commercial risks, and infrastructure consultancy. ·Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, agile environment. Desirable: ·Professional qualifications such as Chartered Civil Engineer, Accredited NEC Project Manager, PRINCE2, or APM. ·Experience working on major infrastructure projects with a focus on client advisory and innovation. ·Knowledge of AI, Power BI, or other digital tools to enhance workflow and project efficiency.
