Are you a passionate and qualified Welsh-speaking teacher looking to make a real difference? We’re partnering with a vibrant Welsh Medium Primary School in the Bargoed and surrounding areas and they’re seeking an enthusiastic Welsh-speaking teacher to join their dynamic team.

What You’ll Be Doing:
* Planning and delivering engaging, inclusive lessons that inspire a love for learning.
* Actively promoting and supporting the use of the Welsh language with students, both in lessons and everyday activities.
* Building meaningful relationships with students, parents, and staff to create a positive school community.
* Organising and marking student work, while providing constructive feedback to help each child thrive.
* Tracking both academic progress and personal development, ensuring every child’s needs are met.
* Creating a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment where students can thrive both academically and socially.
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification.
* Is fluent in Welsh, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Has a strong understanding of different learning styles and can adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of all students.
* Demonstrates patience, empathy, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
* Has excellent organisational skills and is able to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Is passionate about fostering a positive, inclusive, and inspiring classroom atmosphere.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
