Circet UK are currently recruiting for an experienced AFS Support Administrator to provide administrative support to the office in order to ensure that municipal services are provided in an effective and efficient manner.
Responsibilities as AFS Administrator include:
1. Review electronic data and assess compliance to Circet UK standards
2. Update electronic systems and maintain a record.
3. Work with team colleagues sharing learnings and promoting high standards of work.
4. Perform other related administrative duties as required by the Project Co-Ordinator, including but not limited to, filing, photocopying and scanning.
Experience and knowledge required:
5. Previous experience in a similar role.
6. Have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, predominantly MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
7. The ability to organise, multitask, prioritise and work under pressure.
8. Demonstrate excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
9. Exhibit analytical and problem-solving skills.
10. Establish good working relationships with colleagues.
11. Have integrity and humility in all aspects of work.
12. Possess time management skills and be friendly and upbeat attitude.
