The successful Teaching Assistant will be enthusiastic, a good team player and committed to supporting the learning of pupils. This position will be working in Year 5/6. The successful Teaching Assistant will be committed to supporting pupil's learning and to help pupils surpass their expectations. * Have experience of working within a primary school
* Can build relationships with and nurture pupils to enable positive educational outcomes
* Experience implementing positive behaviour strategies
* GCSEs or equivalent in Maths and English grade C/4 or above
* Excellent communication skills and a flexible approach to working
* NVQ2/3 or equivalent or working towards the qualification is desirable
