If you are, we have exciting opportunities for enthusiastic Registered Nurses to be a part of our team on ward 408. We are a 47 bedded unit providing care for a variety of patients with different cardiology issues.
We accept admissions from The Emergency department, Medical Assessment Unit, Outpatient Clinics, Cardiac Catheter Suite and other clinical areas.
We are looking for an experienced nurse to become a valued member of our team. 408 is a supportive and friendly ward where we pride ourselves on excellent patient care.
Main duties of the job
You will be supported in gaining the experience/clinical skills of CVADs, Cannulation, Venepuncture, Cardiac Monitoring, ECGs.
We take a multi-disciplinary approach with all our patients, providing compassionate, individualised and holistic care. We are closely linked to the Cardiac Catheter Suite, Clinical Nurse Specialists, Cardiac Rehabilitation and Coronary care unit.
The ward has a supportive, motivated Senior Team who have a passion for developing our team and patient care. We are dynamic and open to change to embrace the ever-changing demands of our busy service.
We offer a supernumerary period supported by our fantastic team and we offer the opportunity for various insight visits to support you every step of the way from recruitment.
