As a Nursery Assistant, you will be joining a dedicated team in an engaging and supportive environment that prioritises the development of young children. If you are passionate about supporting children's early learning within an outstanding Nursery School, this could be the perfect role for you. Job Role: Provide high-quality care and education for children in the Nursery School. Support the delivery of the EYFS curriculum and activities. Assist with the planning and implementation of engaging and developmentally appropriate activities. Work alongside the Nursery Practitioner to support children's social and emotional needs. Provide one-to-one SEN support when required, ensuring tailored learning experiences for children with additional needs. Required Skills and Experience: Previous UK school or nursery experience is essential. Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification. A sound understanding of the EYFS framework. Experience working with children with SEN, particularly in a 1:1 capacity. Ability to work as part of a team, assisting other Nursery Practitioners and teaching assistants (TA). A passion for providing excellent early years education and support.
