THE ROLE: Legal Secretary
DEPT: Commercial Property
Due to expansion, a great opportunity has arisen for a Legal Secretary with experience in Commercial Property to join our client’s friendly Commercial Property Team based in Luton.
The successful candidate will be supporting Solicitors and Partners with the day-to-day running of their files. Preferably someone who has worked in a similar role, with an understanding of the production and documents used with audio/copy typing, along with general legal forms such as TR1’s and use of Land Registry.
Essential Requirements:
1. Experience in Commercial Property.
2. Excellent keyboard skills and a good telephone manner.
3. Understanding of legal documents and legal forms.
4. Previous experience of working on a Case Management System (desirable).
Start Date: ASAP
Holidays: Standard plus extra days and Bank Holidays
Hours: 9-5.30pm
Parking: Facilities close by.
Salary: £23-26,000pa depending on experience + great benefits
