The Company
A leading housing provider is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to oversee a brand region of new developments in London. The role allows you to work closely with the sales director and will cover some excellent developments.
The role will be based two days a week in head office (central London) and the other three days will be split between WFH and the developments.
The Role:
1. You will be developing and implementing sales strategies and ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the home buying process working to meet and exceed sales targets.
2. Collaborate with marketing teams to design and execute promotional campaigns.
3. Recruit & manage a team of sales representatives setting performance goals and conducting regular performance reviews.
4. Provide coaching and mentoring to sales staff to enhance their skills and performance.
5. Work closely with the construction, design, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and smooth operations.
6. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and community activities to promote brand awareness
The Person:
7. Proven experience in meeting and exceeding sales targets
8. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in New Home sales as a Sales Manager and excellent leadership skills
9. Strong leadership and team management skills.
10. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
11. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
12. In-depth knowledge of the new home construction and London real estate markets
Rewards & Benefits:
13. £55, Basic Salary, Car Allowance + 20% Bonus
