Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly, organised, and professional receptionist to join our team at Stretched. As the first point of contact for visitors, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of our studio. If you have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a passion for customer service, we would love to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients with a positive and professional attitude
- Answer incoming phone calls and handle client bookings
- Inform clients on our business and how it can benefit them
- Manage the diaries of our Stretch Therapists
- Manage the diary for our Contrast Therapy suite
- Keep reception area tidy and presentable
Qualifications
- Certification in office administration is a plus
- Proven experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and demeanour
You must be able to work the weekends and be flexible to cover holidays within the studio.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: From £11.44 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 13 per week
