We make health happen
You’ll sit alongside a passionate and talented multi-disciplinary experience design team made up of user researchers, product designers, content designers and design operations, who are focused on creating the best digital experiences for Bupa’s customers in the UK.
You’ll plan, design, and execute research activities with users that help teams get a deep understanding of the people that use Bupa's products and services. * You’ll be working as an embedded researcher across several squads in one area, ensuring that all research work in the area meet high standards.
* Spotting opportunities for research to support in the design process, educating colleagues and stakeholders about what we do and how we can support.
* You’ll be contributing to the growth of a team that’s establishing itself and growing in maturity – helping to improve and set up processes and ways of working.
* You’ll be deepening our knowledge of our customers and helping to champion their needs so we can serve them better.
* You’ll also manage, support and develop senior / mid-weight user researchers across a number of squads, playing a critical role in both guiding research direction, building relationships and nurturing a strong collaborative team culture.

* Proactive mindset, with a track record of identifying new opportunities.
* Strong communication and storytelling skills
* Experience developing team processes and ways of working
