We're now on the lookout for a Marketing and Operations Intern to join our team, through the government’s Kickstart scheme, and grow with us. This role is a great opportunity for anyone who wants to start their career in either marketing and operations, but also get a flavour for the cut and thrust of startup life. You'll work directly with our engaging and entrepreneurial team in Bristol to help us, on the marketing side, develop a creative strategy, manage social media accounts, and assist in content creation (from photography to written articles), and on the operations side, manage stock, build product, and get a grasp of financial modelling. We have a lot of new ideas up our sleeves, so it's a very exciting time to be a part of Wriggle. And, in a small team, you'll be at the heart of our organisation - working directly with the CEO and Heads of Marketing and Operations. Please note, this job is part of the Kickstart Scheme, and is only open to people aged 16-24, who are currently unemployed and in receipt of Universal Credit. Key Duties: Assisting marketing team in actioning company wide strategy Create and schedule social media content Write, edit and publish blog content Play an active role in generating creative ideas for campaigns Assist in photography and videography Research exciting food & drink products to go in Hampers Build show stopping food and drink hampers (particularly in the run-up to Christmas) Help to manage stock levels Assisting the team with customer enquiries Any skills or experience required: Confident creative writer with great attention to detail Proactive and ready to learn An interest in food and drink brands A great team player Desirable: Photoshop or Adobe Suite knowledge Desirable: An interest in social media trends and channels As part of the Kickstart Programme, you’ll receive a programme of career development from our CEO, Rob Hall - to ensure you are maximising the learning potential from the role. Working Hours: We're looking for one marketing assistant to join us on a 25 hour per week contract Salary: Kickstart Scheme role on Minimum Wage - but we will pay an additional £200 per month stipend against travel and living costs Location: This role will require you to work with us at our HQ in Bristol.
