Role: Head of HR Data & Digital
Salary: £60-67,000
Location: Cambridge
Working Structure: Hybrid (flexible, some office presence required)
Employment Type: 12-month contract
We are partnering with a fantastic client in the Public Sector. A 12-month maternity cover to lead on digital delivery and improvements within HRIS and wider systems/web-apps covering Occupational Health, Learning & Development and, Performance. A cross-collaborative role where you will lead a team across 3 sub-units.
What you'll do:
* Oversee and support strategic development, leading on system performance and innovation.
* Data management, analysis, and reporting.
* Be accountable for content management and coordination across HR systems.
* Ensure strong relationships with suppliers, managing costs and maximising the benefit of these.
* Maximise the functionality of the systems.
* Lead on upgrades and configurations, managing legacy data.
* Work cross-collaboratively with ICT and Procurement.
* Responsible for compliance of data according to GDPR.
* Oversee and support on the transition from iTrent to PeopleFirst.
What you'll bring:
* HRIS/ICT background.
* Experience of implementation and process management within a complex and large organisation.
* Effective team management experience.
* Expertise in data analysis/reporting.
