Working hours: 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday (8.00am – 6.00pm), plus Saturday’s 8.30am – 12.30pm on a rota basis.
As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our service department operations. You will lead a team of skilled technicians and service advisors to ensure efficient workflow, exceptional service quality, and customer satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a customer-centric approach.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in automotive service management.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Proficiency in automotive systems, diagnostics, and repair techniques.
* Detail-oriented with strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
* Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
