You will be customer focussed with a passion for engaging with the community and helping people access a wide range of health and wellbeing opportunities. You will provide front-line reception duties, welcoming all to Community Roots, whilst maintaining and updating clerical records that support the operational delivery of the service. Main duties of the job The post holder will provide reception and administration cover for the Trust's innovative community health and wellbeing Community Roots at the Chai Centre, Burnley You will be expected to welcome visitors, learners, partners and community members face to face and by telephone. The post holder will also be expected to undertake general clerical duties including: organising and co-ordinating the day to day function of the centre and supporting external partners who will be using the site. The post holder will be expected to demonstrate initiative in developing and supporting administration throughout the Recovery & Resilience team, acting in a professional manner at all times.
