Sales Support Executive - Remote
Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly conscientious, hard-working and detail-oriented Sales Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team, ensuring smooth operations, and enhancing customer satisfaction. The Sales Support Executive will handle various administrative tasks, assist in sales processes, and act as a bridge between the Directors,sales team and clients.
Experience:
·2+ years of experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably in the tech or mental health industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Administration & Administrative Support:
·Schedule diaries and outbound contact for the CEO, COO and sales team.
·Plan sales drives and schedule events.
·Create and review sales activities and reporting.
·Manage and update sales presentation materials, including sales decks and brochures.
·Manage and maintain customer databases and sales records via HubSpot
·Prepare and process sales orders, invoices, and contracts.
·Coordinate with the sales team to manage and track sales leads and opportunities.
Customer Support:
·Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
·Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding product, services, and order status.
Sales Coordination:
·Generate, schedule and coordinate sales meetings, demos, and training sessions.
