1. Mergers and Acquisitions
2. Management Buy-Outs
3. Reorganisations
4. Shareholders Agreements
5. Partnership Agreements
6. Articles of Association
My client places a large emphasis on training and development, and is able to offer dedicated 121 training with some of the most experienced and knowledgeable property solicitors in the market, making this the perfect opportunity for career and personal development.
Salary: £44000 - £54000 - depending on experience
