The University of Staffordshire is recruiting an enthusiastic and motivated Educational Developer to join our newly formed Educational Enhancement and Impact team.
You will support the development of excellent teaching and learning across the University. You will collaborate across the university with professional services, schools and departments to contribute to institutional enhancement initiatives as well as develop and deliver expert educational enhancement advice, guidance and development activities for staff who teach and support learning.
The role holder will need to continuously maintain knowledge of sector developments and good practices relating to teaching and learning and educational development.
You will be highly driven with a focus on evaluation and impact of educational enhancement activity. You will have a degree or equivalent qualification and will have demonstrable experience in higher education with a proven track record of supporting the enhancement of the academic experience for students.
