1. Provide expert advice and guidance on employment law matters
2. Manage a varied caseload
3. Draft employment-related documents

5. Develop and maintain strong client relationships
6. Work collaboratively with team members
7. Participate in business development activities
The Successful Applicant
The successful Employment Solicitor should have:
1. 2+ years PQE
2. Excellent communication skills
3. The ability to manage a diverse caseload
4. The ability to work to tight deadlines
5. The ability to work as part of a team
