An opportunity has arisen to work within a friendly team responsible for the organisation and management of the surgical waiting lists. You will be part of a front office call handling team to manage and respond to inbound calls relating to the scheduling/rescheduling of admission dates where required to support theatre utilisation. You will support with making Ophthalmic pre-operative assessment appointments when required, along with any other back-office tasks such as collecting and delivery post, managing stationary and general day to day support. You will be required to work with the Waiting List Co-Ordinators to compile the Harm Safety Netting Letters and clinical reviews for patient communication.
