We are looking for a talented and experienced individual to join us as the Global Head of Managed Service Delivery to join our Global Knowledge Team.
Please Note: Oliver Wyman/MMC operates a hybrid working policy and we will require the successful candidate to work from the London Baker Street office at least 60% of the time.

As the Global Head of Managed Service Delivery, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our global information delivery capability. This strategic and operational position will involve developing a global scalable service delivery model that aligns with Oliver Wyman's business objectives while optimizing productivity and efficiency through innovative technology solutions. You will lead and mentor high-performing offshore delivery teams, manage complex programs, and leverage market insights to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:
Global Delivery Capability Development:
* Designing and implementing a scalable global service delivery model that meets the needs of a diverse client base at Oliver Wyman.
* Establishing best practices for service delivery to ensure consistency and quality across all regions.
* Monitoring and evaluating the performance of service delivery teams, implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
* Identifying and integrating technology solutions that enhance productivity and efficiency in service delivery at Oliver Wyman.
* Collaborating with IT and other departments to leverage automation, data analytics, and other tools that drive operational excellence.
* Staying current with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure Oliver Wyman remains competitive.
Offshore Delivery Team Management:
* Building, leading, and mentoring high-performing offshore delivery teams that support global business operations at Oliver Wyman.
* Developing training programs and career development pathways for team members to enhance skills and capabilities.
* Fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability within offshore teams.
Program Management:
* Managing a portfolio of service delivery projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget for Oliver Wyman.
* Developing and maintaining project plans, status reports, and other documentation to communicate progress and risks to stakeholders.
* Utilizing project management methodologies to ensure effective execution and delivery of services.
Strategic Leadership:
* Collaborating with senior leadership at Oliver Wyman to define and execute the strategic vision for managed service delivery.
* Influencing organizational strategy through insights gained from service delivery performance and market dynamics.
Market and Competitor Intelligence:
* Conducting thorough analysis of corporate research, market intelligence, and competitor insights to inform decision-making and strategic planning at Oliver Wyman.
* Using findings to identify opportunities for service enhancements and competitive differentiation.
* Collaborating with marketing and business development teams to align service offerings with market demand.

* You will have demonstrated experience in effectively managing complex programs of work, and leveraging corporate research, market intelligence, and competitor insights to drive business success.

* A strong understanding of research methodologies, data analytics, and vendor management practices is expected.
