Marketing Manager
Location: Hybrid - London (2 days per week in the office)
Salary: £55,000 - £70,000 (depending on experience)
Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead the marketing efforts for a well-established property surveying firm. This is a strategic and hands-on role, focusing on brand consolidation, Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy, and driving lead generation to support business growth. You will collaborate closely with Partners and Directors, ensuring all marketing initiatives align with the firm's goals and values.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and Execute Marketing Strategy: Create a comprehensive GTM strategy to enhance the firm’s market position and visibility.
* Brand Consolidation: Lead the integration of sub-brands into a cohesive group-wide brand identity, ensuring consistency across all channels.
* Lead Generation: Design and implement targeted campaigns to generate high-quality leads and support business development efforts.
* Competitor Analysis: Conduct in-depth research to identify market trends, benchmark competitors, and uncover opportunities for differentiation.
* Content Development: Create and manage engaging content, including brochures, website copy, white papers, and social media posts, to effectively communicate the firm's value proposition.
* Collaboration with Leadership: Partner with senior leadership, aligning marketing activities with their business development and client relationship strategies.
* Digital Marketing: Manage the firm's digital presence, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, and website performance, to optimise reach and engagement.
* Performance Monitoring: Track and analyse the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, leveraging insights to inform future strategies.
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, ideally within the property surveying or professional services sector.
* Proven track record of developing and executing GTM strategies and managing brand consolidation projects.
* Strong experience with lead generation techniques and competitor analysis.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders.
* Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, email marketing software).
* Creative and strategic thinker with a focus on delivering measurable results.
* Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
