The Opportunity
We're seeking a French speaking Sales Development Representative to join our ambitious team and make a significant impact by generating leads and sales opportunities.
Salary: From £23,000 (dependent on experience), plus uncapped commission

Your Role
As a Sales Development Representative, you will:
* Generate new sales opportunities via phone, social media, and personalised emails
* Qualify leads and opportunities to ensure a high-quality sales pipeline
* Enhance CRM data quality by accurately logging all prospect engagements
* Write detailed reports for booked opportunities
* Represent Punch! and our clients professionally in all communications
* Participate proactively in team-building incentives
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
* Experience in Sales, Sales Development, Telesales, or Lead Generation
* Excellent communication skills, especially in high-pressure situations
* Proficiency with CRM systems (Hubspot/Salesforce knowledge is a plus)
* Experience using G-Suite
* Strong active listening skills to assess prospects' needs effectively
* Excellent time management, organisation, and multitasking abilities
* The ability to build strong relationships with team members and external clients
* Ambition, self-motivation, and eagerness to progress in a sales career
* Potential for future leadership
