Job Description
An exciting opportunity is now available for a Warehouse Administrator to join our team in Carlisle on a full time permanent basis.
Salary: £24,633 per annum.
Working hours: 4 on 4 off, 6am-6pm/6pm-6am rotating.
As a Warehouse Administrator you will ensure all administrative duties are carried out accurately and in a timely fashion, facilitating with customer systems to ensure smooth running of the operation.
Key Duties of a Warehouse Administrator:
Daily PID checks.
Compliance of customer system to mirror our WMS system.
Investigation into customer complaints.
ADHOC slot allocation and booking log compliance.
Stock checks.
RDT direct system uploads.
Audit traceability exercise completion.
System updates to include but not limited to damaged stock, pallet reworks.
Conducting investigation and control depot KPIs.
Supporting warehouse colleagues with WMS system issues.
Qualifications
Strong Microsoft Office platform knowledge.
Good Communication skills.
Keen eye for detail.
Pro-active attitude to problem solving.
Team player attitude.
Previous admin/stock control experience.
Experience SAP and WMS systems advantageous.
