Job Description: The Deputy Chef Manager will cater for a breakfast service, and lunch service, working in a team of 4 in the kitchen and within a overall team of 7, serving up to 300 people daily. The role involves ordering, H&S, allergen knowledge, and assisting with stock takes. A rotating shift pattern, 6am to 2pm or 7.30am to 4pm, requires flexibility and travel to NW London for a 6am start. The site has no parking, but space for Motorbikes or Bicycles, and is a 10 minute walk from the nearest tube. The ideal candidate is an Experienced Deputy Chef Manager, confident in leading small teams and running the kitchen operation, with a background in contract catering preferred but not essential. The role also involves the cleanliness of the kitchen, supported by a front of house team member and a front of house manager.
