About the Mechanical Engineer Role: As the Mechanical Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in pushing mechanical engineering standards within a lean, Total Quality Management (TQM) environment. You won't be content with just maintaining current processes; you'll be tasked with driving significant improvements in performance and reliability across the site. The Package: Salary: A base salary of up to £48,500; after probation, there will also be a £2,500 call-out allowance.
