Job Summary
Reporting into our Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for digital marketing activities to help generate leads from enterprise companies in the UK. This role is all about driving online engagement, enhancing brand awareness and lead generation. You will play a key role in shaping our digital presence in the UK and driving our marketing initiatives to the next level! You will work mainly with the UK market, but you will be part of our global marketing team that operates in the UK, Finland, Sweden, Italy, Germany, The Netherlands and Poland.
In this role you will be working both independently and collaboratively within the local and group marketing team.
Main Responsibilities
1. To generate leads from UK based enterprise companies.
2. Manage and optimise the company websites, ensuring they’re up-to-date, user-friendly, and SEO-optimised.
3. Develop and execute effective SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
4. Manage our CRM (HubSpot) activities, including, marketing automation, lead generation and nurturing and inbound marketing.
5. Develop and manage digital content creation, ensuring alignment with brand voice and company objectives.
6. Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform content creation strategy.
7. Analyse and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
8. Perform and optimize day-to-day campaign activities for paid search (PPC) campaigns on Google.
9. Manage our email marketing strategy.
10. Utilize social media platforms (LinkedIn) to set up ads and targeting for execution.
11. Collaboration with content marketers to provide insights on how to optimise content and campaigns.
12. Stay ahead of the latest trends and best practices in the world of digital marketing, SEO, SEM and other related tools and technologies.
13. Conduct regular market research to ensure we stay relevant and competitive within the market.

Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing or a related field is useful, but not required.
2. Proven experience of at least 2 years in Digital Marketing or similar role.
3. Experience in driving B2B sales through inbound and outbound marketing.
4. In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads and web analytics tools.
5. Experience with Hubspot is ideal, however experience with other marketing automation platforms will be considered.
6. Excellent communication skills, especially in writing.
7. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
