Part-time Training Administrator
Temporary 6 months contract, supporting with maternity leave
2 days per week
£11-£13 per hour
Start date November 11th
Key duties:
* Supporting the Learning and Development department to ensure smooth day-to-day running
* Diary management for L&D trainers
* General administration duties
* Supporting with monthly reports
* Communicating via email and occasionally phone
* Managing electronic processes for training i.e. certificates, transport, accomodation, materials, confidential records
What you'll need to succeed
* 3+ years administration experience
* Experience working for a care/education company is ideal but not essential
* Knowledge of IT systems, especially MS Teams, Outlook, MS Office
* Exceptional attention to detail skills
* Good time management, diary management and organisation skills
