* As a Horizon Scanning Analyst, I seek an individual who is a self-starter, able to work on their own initiative and possesses the organizational skills required to meet several deadlines. To be successful in this role, it is essential that candidates have the following:
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

* The ability to demonstrate initiative and proactiveness.

* A very organized and efficient approach to work.
* Desirable experience includes:
* Good report writing skills.
* Knowledge of relevant regulations and regulators.
* Previous horizon scanning experience.
Responsibilities:
* In this role, I will have the responsibility to undertake prudential horizon scanning activities, monitor UK regulatory developments, and communicate findings to key business areas. I will also be tracking progress against new regulatory rules and expectations, including Supervisory Statements and Policy Statements. Additionally, I will support the coordination of responses to Consultation Papers on regulatory change matters. I will collaborate with teams across Risk, Treasury, and Finance to ensure that regulatory changes are tracked and the business is kept informed.
