You will be supporting the AP Transaction Supervisor and the Accounts Payable Lead in providing a professional and fully comprehensive Payment's service for the Group companies administrated at the Group Support Centre. Your role is to ensure receipt of monthly statements from key suppliers, reconcile and resolve any issues that result from the reconciliation and to ensure invoices are processed to the Finance systems in a timely and accurate fashion.
This is a part time position of 4 days per week (29 hours per week), working days will be discussed on the appointment of the successful candidate.
For this role you will be asked to come into the office for a minimum for 2 days a week and the remaining 2 days working from home. Please note you will be office based through your training period.

The successful applicant will have experience of working in a Accounts Payable department in a compliance role, knowledge of operating financial policies and procedures. To be considered you will have experience of operating financial controls and processes operating within a diverse environment with a range of customers. The ability to identify and recommend improvements, overcome obstacles, effective communications skills and sound problem-solving skills are essential.
