As an apprentice, reporting into the UK HR Manager, you will work closely with our experienced HR team to gain hands-on practical experience in providing a key administrative support function for all parts of the UK Business. Key Responsibilities:
* Maintaining the UK HR employee databases
* Inputting data into various platforms - pulling reports and analysing data
* Following up and responding to queries internally and externally
* Assisting in compiling data validation and quality checks to ensure data integrity is maintained
* Assisting colleagues with administrative support for assigned projects
What We’re Looking For:
* Enthusiasm to Learn: A genuine interest in business administration, with a willingness to learn and develop
* Previous Work Experience: Desirable to have some administrative experience, but not essential if this can be demonstrated with higher education projects
* Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
* Communication Skills: Ability to interact with colleagues at all levels and handle queries effectively
* IT Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is desirable
* Qualifications: GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English (grade C/4 or above). A-levels or equivalent qualifications are advantageous but not essential.
