Responsibilities
* Support the Experience and WOW Ambassador with day-to-day administrative duties.
* This role is an onsite role, normal working hours Monday to Friday.
* Ensure reception area is kept clean, tidy and organised at all times.
* Process all incoming calls efficiently and ensure that any messages are reported in a timely manner.
* Be the first point of contact for visitors, greeting clients in a courteous and professional manner.
* Management of the Inventory system including loading of visitors and supporting associates with their access cards.
* Ensure all the post is received, opened, date stamped and distributed quickly and accurately.
* Ensure all outgoing post is franked correctly according to size/weight and destination.
* Arrange couriers as and when required, in line with the business needs.
* Support with organising and facilitating internal meetings including room booking/setup.
* Support the Experience and WOW Ambassador on company-wide activities, e.g. CSR, social events, team activities, inductions, wellbeing initiatives, etc.
* Support the development of internal communications including visual screens, blogs, and promotional material.
* General office administration tasks including typing, expenses, diary management, sourcing venues, and ordering of Experience Team promotional items.
* Support booking of global travel (flights, transfers, accommodation) and organising itineraries.
You must comply with Rich Products Limited Health and Safety policies and procedures at all times.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
* Proficient in Microsoft Office packages.
* Excellent communication skills with experience of building relationships across all levels of the organisation.
* Solutions oriented mindset with the ability to work at pace and cope with ambiguity.
* Strong planning and organisation skills.
* A ‘can do’ attitude.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* The ability to challenge the status quo.
* One year's administration experience.
