You'll leverage your skills to provide first-line IT support through various channels, including email, chat, ITSM tools, and phone. German language fluency is essential as you'll be assisting clients in their preferred contracted language.
Responsibilities:
* Deliver exceptional first-line IT support to our contracted clients through various channels, including email, chat, ITSM tools, and phone.
* Troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of technical issues efficiently.
* Document incidents and solutions effectively for future reference.
* Escalate complex issues to senior support personnel when needed.
* Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while providing excellent customer service.
Experience:
* Previous experience working in an IT Service Desk environment.
* Experience working within an MSP (Managed Service Provider) environment.
* Strong fluency in German (written and spoken) is essential as you will be assisting clients in their preferred language.
* Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic IT issues.
* Proficiency in using ITSM tools.
