Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
Working:
You will be constantly trained throughout your 3+ years with Zenopa to be able to fully run all financial reports, both internal and external. In the first 6 months you will be working with our bookkeeper to get an understanding of the systems and procedures;
* Expenses & Invoices
* Payroll and bonus sheets
* Debt collecting and cash flow management
In the second year we hope to give you the autonomy to work in your own way, creating your own reports/ways of presenting data to our leadership team. By year 3 you will cover all aspects of accounts, allowing you to work with directors on budgets and P&L sheets. We have a small finance team, allowing a young individual to gain some great exposure to all financial areas, fast track their career, whilst gaining a degree.

Your training plan
Once a week the apprentice will study on a hybrid basis towards a Level 7 degree.
