Sales Account Manager
Salary: up to £30,000 basic salary, circa £45,000 OTE (uncapped)
Location: West Midlands (Coventry area)
Our client is a well established IT Managed Service Provider. They specialise in providing complete computer network solutions and a wide range of education-focused technology to schools, academies, and colleges throughout the UK.
* Full time (Monday – Friday, 8:30am- 5pm)

The Role
Due to an exciting period of growth, we are on the lookout for a dynamic Sales Account Manager to join the team. As an Account Manager, you will:
* Handle inbound and outbound calls for new and existing business development
* Process customer orders and manage customer queries.
* Collaborate with different departments to ensure customer satisfaction
* Achieve reasonable sales targets
* Conduct on-site visits to schools when necessary to assess their needs
Participate in Europe’s largest Education IT show, the BETT Show at ExCel London, showcasing our products and services
We are looking for someone with a strong desire to succeed, ideally with a few years of sales experience. However, this is not essential, and your drive to win new business is what will make you successful in this role.
You’ll need:
* Sales experience or a passion for sales
* Excellent communication skills, with a professional and clear speaking manner
* Basic computer skills
* Ability to remain professional in a competitive marketplace
* Knowledge of computer network systems is a plus, but training will be provided
* This role may also be suitable for retail staff with experience working with the public, looking to transition into a sales career
