Salary: Up to £50,000 dependent on experience + flexible benefits + bonus of 10% + contributory pension
We’re now looking for a Test Lead to join our growing team.
You’ll be responsible for:
1. Building and managing a small team of system testers. Responsibilities include resource planning, workload allocation, regular appraisals, mentoring and performance reviews.
2. Performing testing in a range of test types including System Testing, Operational Acceptance Testing, Security Testing, and UAT.
3. Ensuring testing standards and conventions are adhered to throughout the SDLC.
4. Administering the provisioning of test environments.
5. Managing the testing of the core CRM system workstream (Caseflow).
6. Managing the testing of the Small Change process on the core CRM system and allocate resource as required.
7. Undertaking various testing tasks such as test estimation, writing test plans, test scripts, summary reports and exit documents.
8. Working with the Product Test Manager to help deliver key testing initiatives.
You’ll need to evidence the following qualifications, skills and experience:
1. Extensive testing experience
2. Experience of managing a small testing function
3. Sound knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools
4. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Test Manager 2013 or later
5. Good knowledge of Visual Studio 2010 or later
6. Understanding of Agile/Scrum working practices
7. Experience of working within a structured IT delivery team
8. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
9. ISTQB Advanced Certificate in Test Management
10. Experience in testing systems/applications in Progress, SQL, Microsoft.NET
11. Experience in testing web based applications
