The ideal candidate will be very knowledgeable and experienced and considered an expert in their field. Duties and Responsibilities: Actively pursue new business following the Big Rocks. Establish marketing and canvassing plan Providing in branch training and coaching as required by staff Conduct one to one reviews and appraisals according to company standards Dealing with day-to-day general enquiries face to face / telephone and administration Completion of all appropriate section of check-lists in full and on time Ensuring branch compliance in accordance with legislation and industry approved bodies Landlord updates Role Specific Competencies Communication Teamwork Responsibility Trustworthy & Ethics Commercial Awareness Principal Measures / KPI’s Income Profit New Instructions Fully Managed portfolio Knowledge & Experience Previous experience in estate agency Excellent attention to detail and meeting deadlines A good record of personal effectiveness Customer driven with a drive for results Previous People Management experience (desirable) Show respect for others and build relationships
