We are seeking dedicated Psychology graduates to join us as Full-Time Teaching Assistants, providing valuable support to pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) while also assisting within the classroom. This is a temp to perm position.
Position: Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant
Location: Borehamwood, Hertfordshire
Hours: 09:00am - 16:00pm, Monday to Friday (Term Time Only)
Salary: £80.00 - £90.00 per day
As a Graduate Psychology Teaching Assistant within our SEN school near Borehamwood, Hertfordshire, you will play an essential role in nurturing and empowering students with SEN, offering personalised support to help them thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant responsibilities will include:
* Assisting SEN pupils with various subjects and activities, tailored to their individual needs and learning styles.
* Supporting the inclusion and integration of SEN pupils within mainstream classroom settings, ensuring they feel valued and supported.
* Collaborating closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement effective strategies for student progress and development.
* Providing pastoral care and emotional support to students, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment for all.
