We are currently seeking a Project Manager in the to cover our Midlands region. Full time, permanent opportunity with competitive salary, company car and benefits package.
The suitable candidate will be an experienced Project Manager from the BMS industry and have a technical background, either electrical or mechanical.
* Responsibility for a team of Project, Commissioning and trainee engineers to deliver projects and commissioning in accordance with the schedule of tasks and ensuring project profitability.
* Acting as first point of contact, being responsible for the effective management of the team, including day to day management, P & L, co-ordination of Health & Safety, meeting reporting requirements and leading the team to delivery both team and business objectives.
* Manage site health & safety for the team, producing and complying with RAMS
* Conduct site visits and undertake surveys and support and deliver presentations to clients
* Financial management of sites, handling invoicing, purchase orders and variations
* Management reporting
* Conduct monthly meetings
* Ensuring continuous development of the team.
* Experience of D365 a distinct advantage
You will be based from our Head Office in Coleshill, however, will be responsible for sites across the West Midlands
