Your New Role As a Specialist, Flex Talent based in London, you will support the management and administration of the organization's external workforce program in France, UK, and EMEA. Your role involves coordinating and supporting the ongoing management of our external workforce program, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and best practices. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and contingent workers to optimize the utilization of contingent talent and contribute to the organization's talent acquisition and workforce management objectives. You will also take a lead on projects with our Managed Service Provider (MSP), initially in the UK and then to France and EMEA. You’ll work closely with colleagues and business units in France and the UK, including live TV, and be a part of the Flex Talent team in London, with regular travel to Paris once operational. You will assist with tax and IR35 arrangements for London-based workers and those traveling to France. Your Role Accountabilities Contingent Workforce Management: Support the management of the contingent workforce program, including vendor selection, talent pool arrangements, contract administration, pay, onboarding, offboarding, and performance tracking. End-to-end management of Statement of Work (professional services) contracts and Managed Services contracts, liaising with Procurement, Finance, and Accounts Payable. Handle misclassification and reclassify workers to ensure correct engagement. Vendor Coordination: Serve as a point of contact for vendor communication, ensuring compliance with obligations and resolution of issues. Vendor Tendering: Assist with the drafting and implementation of new vendor tendering, collaborating with Commercial. Vendor Payments: Ensure timely and accurate vendor payments in accordance with contracts. Compliance and Risk Mitigation: Stay informed about labor laws and tax laws related to contingent workers, ensuring adherence and minimizing risks. Diversity, Equity & Inclusion: Drive initiatives in line with WBD’s vision and goals. Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor and evaluate the performance of the contingent workforce program and provide insights for decision-making. Contingent Worker Support: Serve as a resource for contingent workers, addressing inquiries and facilitating communication with stakeholders. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for streamlining and automating contingent workforce management processes. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with various teams to align workforce management strategies with organizational goals. Attend regular meetings with the global Flex Talent center of excellence. Qualifications and Experience Fluent in French and English is essential. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or relevant experience, with additional certifications in contingent workforce management being a plus. Experience with the French contingent workforce, including ‘Pigistes,’ ‘Intermittents,’ and managed services. Familiarity with vendor management systems, preferably Beeline. Knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements in France and the UK related to contingent workers. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
