We are currently seeking to appoint two individuals who will play a key role in the College’s Finance Department by providing finance administration and support for a wide range of financial activities.
What you will do?
You will cover a range of financial functions – including sales and purchase ledger, bank and cash reconciliations, raising sales invoices, active credit control, creating reports, making payments to suppliers and responding to queries from internal and external customers. You must be able to prioritise your workload and meet strict deadlines, along with having a flexible approach to work.
Minimum Requirements:
It is essential that you are qualified to at least AAT Level 2 and you must be able to demonstrate recent experience of working successfully in a busy Finance Office environment. Support for ongoing training will be considered.
