Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Strategic Communications Account Manager in Bloomsbury, London; responsible for managing client accounts, developing and maintaining strong relationships, understanding clients' needs, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver high-quality services. They should be a confident and creative thinker with excellent written and verbal communication skills, and an entrepreneurial approach to client and new business needs.
* Day-to-day account management; including overseeing workflow, deadlines and reporting processes
* Producing comprehensively thought out and brilliantly written strategy documents to Board level clients
* Generating ideas for campaigns, comms activation and social media
* Fostering trusted, personal relationships with clients
* Managing research team requirements including daily/ weekly monitoring reports and process internally and to clients
Experience
* Three to five years in corporate comms, media and/or politics
* Extensive client management work across industries and sectors
* Proven track record in communications, campaigns and content creation
* Experience researching companies, leaders and campaign background
* Experience managing teams and workflow across multiple clients
