You will be a linchpin in the team, covering 1st and 2nd line tickets as well as travelling out to client sites. You are also encouraged to take new and up to date qualifications and will be given time in the week away from work to study. Skills: Setting up and supporting small and medium business networks including VLANs and Wifi. Supporting PCs and servers remotely and on-site (Win10, 2012, 2016, 2019 and OSX). Installing business computer systems. Office 365 and Azure maintenance, installation, and migration. Supporting customer applications. Managing DNS and DHCP Network folder security and permission management It would be beneficial to have experience of these products: ConnectWise Products, AutotaskAEM, Webroot, Splashtop, Datto.
