TSR Recruitment are an established, multi office recruitment business operating across the UK. We work in collaboration with developers, main and sub-contractors supplying permanent and temporary recruitment solutions to the construction sector. This year will mark TSR’s 7th year in operation, with 3 regional offices across the country - Sheffield, Nottingham and Ipswich. Due to the continued growth, we are looking to add experienced Consultants to the head office in North Nottinghamshire (Sherwood Business Park) to support and develop new and existing business across the greater Midlands region. Experience in Construction recruitment is not a requirement as full training will be provided. Key Responsibilities: Advertise vacancies and manage the registration process. Conduct pre-screening interviews. Engage in proactive business development to expand the current client database. Arrange and attend meetings and visits to both new and existing clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with our candidate and client base. Ideal Candidate: Experience in recruitment – Ideally permanent but temporary/freelance is great as full training will be provided. Entrepreneurial Result-oriented and target-driven.
