Senior UX Designer
Role overview:
As a Senior UX Designer, not only will you work toward user-centric solutions in a collaborative and pragmatic way, but you will ensure that the wider team operates at a high level, and offer support and mentorship to junior members of the team.
Responsibilities:
* To liaise closely with colleagues across the business to ensure that the programme meets the users and business requirements
* To design concepts and deliver these to a high standard
* To be able to drive the direction of concepts relay this to the team
To engage with, and sometimes even carry out, research and relay findings to the team in relation to UX deliverables
* Ability to translate technical concepts into user friendly resources
* The ability to utilise evidence from research finding to make effective decisions
* To ensure that the team utilise a user-centric way of working
* Use the business/industries best ways of working/guidelines a to ensure design standards are high
* Share knowledge with colleagues across the business to build inclusive/effect ways of working
* To keep your knowledge up to date with current trends and changes in working UX practices

* UX Benchmarking
* (Time on task, Customer Satisfaction, Task Success Rate, User Error Rates)
Skills and Experience:
* Proven track record of UX/UI design experience, prototyping, user journey creation and creative problem solving.
* Experience ensuring all designs are in keeping with our brand guideline and are accessibility compliant
* Track record transforming business requirements, data points and user needs into creative solutions that meet the strategic goal
* Experience working with Agile delivery methods and teams
* Working knowledge of the following technologies and software: AdobeXD, Figma, HTML, CSS (SCSS), iOS, Android, Design Systems, and Adobe Creative Suite.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to prioritize tasks based on business objectives
Training requirements for the role:
* Experience with broader Quantitative experimentation strategies
* Awareness and understanding of how experimentation factors commercially to the business
* Broader understanding of product strategy
