Commercial Sales Manager
Location: North of England
Elevation Recruitment Group are pleased to be working with a leading manufacturer based in The North of England, specialising in windows, doors and conservatories. They are on the hunt for a driven, experienced commercial sales manager to join their team and push new business opportunities through architects and specifications.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Design and implement a strategic sales plan to meet company objectives.
2. Establish and nurture strong relationships with architects, builders, and key industry stakeholders.
3. Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction sector.
4. Engage with both a domestic and commercial customer base.
5. Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.
6. Track market trends and competitor activities to stay competitive.
7. Deliver regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Skills and Requirements:
1. An ambitious, driven individual experienced in dealing with architects and builders within the construction/building product space.
2. A self-motivated salesperson who thrives on growing and building key partnerships.
3. Experience within the construction industry is preferable.
Salary: £35k - 40k per year + Car & Commission (Leeds)
£50k - 60k per year + Bonus and Car (Sheffield)
